Salmon Fish Fillet | 2 big pieces 1 Lb. |
Almonds | 1/2 cup |
Thyme | 1/4 cup |
Lime Juice | 1 big lemon |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Red Chilli | 1 Teaspoon |
Cumin Powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Butter | 4 Table Spoon |
Turmeric | 1/3 Teaspoon |
Mix salt, red Chilli, cumin powder and Turmeric and set aside. In a deep dish apply all the melted butter and rub all the spices to the fish fillet. Get couple of sheets of aluminium foil. Almost 18" X 18" sheets. Apply melted butter and place the fish fillets on the foil. Rub the spices well and pour two table spoon of lime juice on to the fillet. Make a pouch and bake for 35 minutes at 400 Degrees F. Remove and apply the remaining butter and sprinkle the toasted almonds on the fish and serve hot with bread and some fries |
