Strawberry Ice Cream
On a hot summer day enjoy this refreshing tasty and delicious Straw berry Ice Cream.
Preparation Time: 3 Hours
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serving: 12 persons
Pure Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 tea spoon
Heavy Cream 2 3/4 Cups
Whole Milk 1 1/4 Cups
LemonJuice 4 Table spoon
Strawberries 3 Cups
Sugar 1 1/2 Cups

Wash strawberries, remove stems and cut into halves.
In a bowl, combine the strawberries with lemon juice, 1/2 cup of sugar, mix and let the mix rest for 3 hours to macerate.  After 2 to hours you will notice strawberry juice in the bowl.  Strain the juice and set aside.
In a blender, blend half of the strawberries, heavy cream, milk, remaining sugar, vanila extract..  Add strained juice to the mixture. 

Pour the mixture out into a bowl and let it rest.  If using an ice cream maker pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let the machine run for 30 minutes. Near the end add the remaining half of the strawberries. 

Your ice cream is ready after 30 minutes - transfer from the ice cream machine cylinder to a container and freeze it.

If not using a ice cream machine rest the mixture and transfer to a container.  Seal well either with cling wrap.  Transfer to freezer.  Let it freeze over night.

Your ice cream is ready - Enjoy
