Curry Dishes
This is a very simple way of cooking a vegetarian dish - it comes out great every time and you and your family will love it.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serving: 2 persons
Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Amchoor / Dried Mango Powder 1 Teaspoon
Corrainder Powder 1 Table Spoon
Fenugreek Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Kaloonji Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Fennel Seeds - Saunf 1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Small Egg Plant / Bringle 7 small -slit
Yogurt 1 1/2 Cup
Oil 5 Table Spoon

Wash egg plants
Slit egg plants - watch video
In a pan heat oil
Add all spices to heated oil
Add egg plants and fry every thing together for two minutes
Add yogurt and cook for one minute on high heat
On low heat let the dish cook for 45 minutes - keep it covered and check every 15 minutes
Your dish is ready - the sauce should be nice and thick.
