|Whole wheat Flour||1 Cup|
|Gram Flour, Chick Pea Flour||1 Cup|
|Jalepeno Pepper||1 Thinly sliced|
|Cilantro||1/2 cup shredded|
|Red Onion||1/4 chopped|
|Cumin seeds||1 Pinch|
|Ghee||1 Table spoon|
|Baking Powder||1/2 teaspoon|
|Luke warm water||1 cup|
Mix the whole wheat flour and Besan ( Chick Pea/ Gram Flour ) in a big bowl. Add all the above ingredients and kneed either using a food processor or by hand. It is best to use a food processor first to mix everything and add a little water. Take out the dough, add a little bit of flour and kneed by hand. Make a dough that is on the harder side. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
Take the dough out after 15 minutes and make medium size balls and roll into a roti. Cook on a tawa by adding oil or ghee per your taste. Cook both sides. Serve hot with the Garlic Chutney -
