Garlic Chutnee - Lehsun ki Chutnee
Snacks
Garlic Chutnee is very simple to make and is a very heart healthy garnish. You can eat this with Baisan ki Roti, Paratha or with Kababs.

Cooking Time: 10
Serving: 8
Ingredients
Big Garlic Bulb 1
Red Chilli 10 small pieces
Cumin seed powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Flax see oil 1 teaspoon
Boiled water 4 table spoon
Method
Peel the garlic
In a frying pan roast garlic till you see brown spots
Add red chillies and roast for another 1 minute
Add cumin powder and roast for another 1/2 minute
Remove immediately from the pan ( else cumin seed powder may burn )
Use a blender or a chopper and transfer all the ingredients to the chooper
Add oil and chop
Add water slowly and blend till a smooth paste is formed
The Chutnee is ready
