Vegetarian Kababs
OH you will love these vegetarian kababs. Your vegetarian friends will love this. Tastes so good and yummy that these will disappear from the plates while you are frying - so be on guard.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4 Persons
Garbanzo Beans/ Chick Peas 1 1/2 cups drained
Corn 1 cup cook in micro wave
Panko Bread Crums 3/4 cup
Potatoes 3 medium boiled
Baisan/ Chick Pea flour 1 Table Spoon Roasted
Salt 2 teaspoon
Crushed Pepper 1 table spoon
Chat Masala 1 table spoon
Green Chillies 2 long ones
Cilantro 1/2 bunch
Oil For Frying
Onion 1 small

If you are not using canned Garbanzo beans, then you need to soak the beans over night. 
Drain gorbanzo beans. 
Use sweet corn and cook for 3 minutes in micro wave set aside
Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil in micro wave for 10 minutes
Take the chick pea flour and roast for 1 to 2 minutes in a frying pan
Mix corn, garbanzo beans, potatoes and onion in a food processor till it forms a paste
Add cilantro as shown in the video
Chop green chilli peppers and add to the mixture
Add panko bread crums, roasted chick pea flour, crushed peppers and salt to the mix
Taste for salt
Rest the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes
Make patties and fry till golden brown as shown in the video
Serve hot with ketchup or green chutnee - see recipe
