|Onion||1/2 sliced for curry|
|Oil||3 Table Spoon|
|Cottaqge Cheese||8 cubes of 1/2 inch|
|Green Peas||1/4 cup|
|Tomatoes||2 medium size|

|Corainder Powder||1 Teas Spoon Heap|
|Red Chilli Powder||1/2 Tea Spoon|
|Turmeric Powder||1/4 Tea Spoon|
|Garlic paste||1/2 Tea Spoon|
|Ginger Paste||1/2 Tea Spoon|
For Omelette - Break the eggs, add chopped cilantro and onions, whisk well add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and cook one big omelette. Remove from the pan and using a cutting board cut it into strips or cubes.
Cottage Cheese - Saute the cheese till light brown and set aside
For Curry - Slice tomatoes and 1/2 onion and add these to a blender. Add all spices, salt and water and blend well till the liquid has a smooth texture, meaning that everything has blended well.
In a pan heat the oil, add the liquid and let it cook for atleast 5 minutes till the mixture becomes grainy and the oil seperates. Add chees and green peas, cook for 1 minute and add 1/4 water and let it cook for another 5 minutes. The Curry should have medium thickness add the strips of omelette cook for 1 minute. Serve hot with rice.
