Chicken Burgers
This is a very simple recipe for Chicken Burgers. The burgers taste delicious and are heart healthy. Spices add flavor to the chicken meat.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 6 Persons
Chicken Minced Meat 1 1/2 Pound
Onion 1/2 thinly chopped
Garlic Cloves 2 to 3 thinly chopped
Cilantro 2 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Aam Choor 1/2 Teaspoon
Mayo 2 Tablespoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Table spoon
Thinly chop onion, garlic and cilantro - Set aside the oil. 
In a bowl add all the ingredients to Chicken meat.  Mix well and make one small burger. 

On a indoor grill spray or brush some oil and cook this small burger.  Taste it for salt and spices.  Adjust to your taste and make burgers,

Cook in batches - Cook 7 minutes on each side on medium heat.  The burgers should be ready
