Bombay Biryani
Rice Dishes
Biryani is cooked in several different ways. Each region has some unique ingredients that adds to the taste. Bombay biryani is from Bombay or Mumbia. It is a bit spicy but you will love it.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Serving: 3 to four persons
Ingredients
Chicken - small pieces 1 pound or 1/2 kg
Basmati Rice 3 cups
Tomatoes 1 pound
Corainder powder 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Garam Masala 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger minced 1 tea spoon
Garlic minced 1 tea spoon
Green Chillies 2
Saffron 1 pinch
Onion 1/2
Cooking oil 3 table spoon
