Crispy Okra -Bhindee ki Subzee
Vegetarian
This vegetarian dish uses very little spices and is very simple to make. Any one can make it with no experience. Simply follow easy to follow steps. Enjoy
Preparation Time: 20 minutes to cut
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 3
Ingredients
Okra ( Bhindee) 3/4 pound thinly sliced
Green Chilies 10 medium size
Dry Red Chillies 2 medium size
Cumin Seeds 1 pinch
Salt 1 teaspoon
Canola Oil 3 table spoon
Method
  • Wash and dry Okra ( lady finger or Bhindee) make sure that there is no moisture left.  If possible pat dry
  • Thinly slice each okra
  • In a frying pan add canola oil
  • Add sliced Okra and all spices
  • Turn on the heat on medium and cover the frying pan
  • Cook for 15 minutes covered
  • Check and stir and cook again for 5 minutes
  • Stir fry till crispy
  • Serve hot
