Sindhi Chana or Gorbanzo Beans recipe. This recipe is very simple and easy to make. The taste is great and you can cook ahead. Can also be used as a side dish or eaten as snack with tea.

Ingredients
Gorbanzo beans 2 cups
Pmegranate seeds, Anar Dana One packet
Cumin Seeds 3 table spoon
Black Pepper 1 tea spoon
Corainder Powder 1 table spoon
Ginger Garlic paste 1 table spoon
Salt 2 teaspoon
Ginger - one inch thinly sliced
Green Chilli 2 medium
Canola oil 3/4 cup
Paneer / Cheese 200 gms
