Dum Ka Keema or Baked Keema
Mutton or Lamb Dishes
Dum Ka keema or baked keema is a very simple dish. You do need to marinate over night and the next day only thing you have to do is bake it
Preparation Time: 2 Hours
Cooking Time: 1 Hour
Serving: 5 persons
Ground Meat 1 1/2 pound
Roasted Chick Peas ( Chana ) 2 Table Spoon
Poppy Seeds ( Khash-Khash) 1 Teas Spoon
Yogurt Drained 4 Table spoon
Salt 3 Tea spoon
Red Pepper 1 Tea spoon
Corainder Powder 1 Tea spoon
Garam Masala 1 Tea Spoon
Ginger Paste 1 Table Spoon
Garlic Paste 1 Table Spoon
Onion 1/4 medium
Oil 3 Table Spoon
Mince Papaya 2 Teaspoon

Try to drain all the water from the meat.
Drain all water from yogurt, in the video I show a simple trick to do that
Dont be alarmed if after 20 minutes of baking your dish still has a lot of water
Try using fresh ginger and garlic paste
