Rice and Chicken Meat Balls

This is a very simple and easy but delicious rice dish that you and your kids will love. There are no spices and the cashews and raisins add to the rich taste. Enjoy
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 2 to 3 person
Basmati Rice Soaked 1 1/2 cup
Meat Balls 10 to 12 medium
Toasted Cashews 1/4 Cup
Raisins 6
Cloves 4
Nut Meg Grate a bit
Cardamom Black 2
Fried Onions 2 table spoon
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon each
Cinamon Stick 1
Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
Oil 2 Table spoon
Salt to taste 1 1/2 teaspoon
Please watch the video for step by step instructions.  I use pressure cooker but you can use a regular pot.  Depending upon the pot and your experinece of cooking rice in a pot add water ang cook acordingly.
