Fish Taco
Snacks
This is a mix of India and Mexican taste. You can mix and match.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serving: 2 persons
Ingredients
Fish fillet 4 pieces
Corn Tacos 4 pieces
Lemon 1 big
Chipotle Mexican seasoning 1 teaspoon
Tandoori Masala 1 teaspoon
Lettuce shredded
Cheese Shreded
Method
Squeeze lemon juice - mix half juice with tanddori masala and half with chipotle seasoning.  In two seperate plates lay out the two pieces each of fish fillet.  Apply mexican to one set and Indian to another set.

Marinate for a minimum time of 30 nminutes - 60 miutes preferable

On a Grill or a pan apply little bit of oil - heat the grill well.  When hot transfer cook the fish on the grill.  After laying on one side do not move it let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on one side on medium heat.

Flip over and cook for another 2 to three minutes on the other side.  The fish is ready.

Heat the tacos slightly - and fill each taco with on strip of grilled fish, lettuce, sprinkle shredded cheese and apply salsa to your taste.  Ready for a great snack.
