|Cilantro||1 big bunch|
|Chilli pepper||1/4 teaspoon|
|Thinly sliced ginger||2 Table spoon|
|Garlic||5 cloves freshly minced|
|Lime||1/2 -squeezed juice|
|Oil||enough to coat the base|
Coat the pan with little oil. Heat the pan add minced meat, garlic, ginger, salt, chilli peppers and salt. Cook for two to three minutes on medium heat.
Add Cilantro and lime juice and let the dish cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir often to make sure that nothing sticks to the bottom.
