Ground Meat/Keema 1 Pound or 500GM
Salt 1 Tea spoon
Chilli Powder 1 Tea spoon
Garam Masala powder 1 Tea spoon
Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Teaspoon
Fried Onions 3 Table spoon
Almonds 2 Table spoon
Corrainder powder 2 Table spoon
Poppy Seeds - KhashKhas 1 Teaspoon
Desicated Coconut 1 Teaspoon
Roasted Chana/whole chick peas 1 Tablespoon
Yogurt 3 Table Spoon
Papaya 1 Table spoon
Green Cardimom 4 Green ones
Cloves 4
Oil 6 table spoon
Corriander leaves enough to garnish
