Grilled Chicken Curry
Chicken Dishes
This curry is very different then your daily curry. Grilled chicken cooked in curry base gets you a very unique taste. Try it and you will like it.
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 2 people
Cut up chicken 8 pieces
Tandoori Masala 3 Tea Spoon
Juice of Lime 2 big limes
Onion 1 medoim
Tomatoes 1
Corainder Powder 2 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Slat 1 teaspoon
Ginger 1 teaspoon
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
Cilantro for garnishing
Marinate the chicken one day in advance by applying 3 teaspoon of tandoori masala and lime juice.

On the day when you want to cook this dish heat a grill pan and grill the chicken for one minute.  Making sure that you get some grill marks on the chicken. 

Remove the chicken, heat the curry base and try to use all the marinade and the left overs of grilled chicken, add this to the curry base.  Cook for 5 minutes in a pressure cooker and your dish is ready.
