Nihari is traditionally made wit beaf, I am using chicken. You can use beaf, just make sure that you adjust the cooking time and water. Rest remains the same
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 hours
Serving: 6 Person
Chicken Breast 2 Pound or 1 Kg
Cloves 8
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Corrainder seeds 2 Tablespon
Fennel Seeds 2 Tablespoon
Green Cardimom 6
Black Cardimom 4
Cinnamon 1 Stick
Poppy Seeds 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1 small
Oil 8 table spoon
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Salt 2 teaspoon
Fresh Ginger 1 teaspoon sliced
Green Chillies 2 to 3 chopped
Red Chilli powder 2 teaspoon heaped
