|Potatoes||4 medium sliced|
|Schezwan Sauce||1/4 cup|
|Corn Flour||1/4 cup|
|Sesame seeds||3 teaspoon|
|Baby corn optional||1/2 cup|
Peel and cut potatoes slices, add salt. Cook potatoes in a microwave till cooked. Remove from microwave and in a dish mix corn flour.
Add enough oil to fry the potatoes, fry for 1 minute, add honey, Schezwan Sauce and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. And your dish is ready.
Optional - add sesame seeds on top as garnish. You can add baby corn or green peas
