|Chicken Minced Meat||1 1/2 Pound|
|Onion||1/2 thinly chopped|
|Garlic Cloves||2 to 3 thinly chopped|
|Red Chilli Powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Cumin Powder||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Aam Choor||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1 Table spoon|
Thinly chop onion, garlic and cilantro - Set aside the oil.
In a bowl add all the ingredients to Chicken meat. Mix well and make one small burger.
On a indoor grill spray or brush some oil and cook this small burger. Taste it for salt and spices. Adjust to your taste and make burgers,
Cook in batches - Cook 7 minutes on each side on medium heat. The burgers should be ready
